President's Message
Dear Colleagues,
I would personally like to thank you for taking time out from your busy and hectic schedule to visit our website. I am confident that your time here will be well spent. Our objective was to create a website that was informative to our visitors and free of all that fancy and confusing computer jargon common to most of our competitors websites.
Like so many other doctors, I had dreams of starting my own practice shortly after graduating from chiropractic college, but didn't have the resources necessary to start my own practice. After spending nearly two years working as an associate, I decided it was time to pursue my dream of owning my own practice and doing things my way. After finding a suitable location and ordering all the necessary supplies and equipment, I began to look into practice management software for my chiropractic office. I began the tedious process of downloading and testing demo after demo, but could not find a system that was affordably priced, easy-to-learn and use and that had the features I felt were most important to the success of my practice.
Later that year, I formed an expert team consisting of three very successful chiropractors, several highly skilled software engineers and a noted practice management consultant, and decided to create not only a better product, but the BEST product. A product that offered a practice management solution that was user-friendly, feature-rich and most importantly affordable to all doctors, especially new graduates and first year doctors.
Our first product was a PDA-based SOAP note application that was released in 2001. SOAPe PDA was well received by the chiropractic community. In May 2007, we launched a robust desktop reporting application known as SOAPe Platinum. SOAPe Platinum was a great documentation software, but it lacked some of the features that our clients wanted. In 2009, we decided to completely redesign and rebuild SOAPe Platinum software from the ground up using the latest and best technologies. Our goal was to deliver a product that was easy to learn and use and that contained all the features necessary to run a successful practice. We also wanted to offer this full-scale practice management software at NO CHARGE to the chiropractic community.
I believe that we have achieved our goals in this initial release of SOAPe Platinum Plus. Our practice management software is everything a chiropractor could ask for and more. It is capable of handling nearly every aspect of your practice including scheduling, reporting, billing and claims management and data management.
We pledge to continue developing SOAPe Platinum Plus software (as we always have) to meet the growing needs of our current and future clients. You can be certain that my team and I will be with you every step of the way when it comes to growing your practice and serving the needs of your patients.
